Pre-painted Galvalume Steel (PPGL) is a pre-coated steel plate made from Galvalume Steel (GL) as the base material. After degreasing, cleaning, chemical pretreatment and other processes, the surface of the steel plate is evenly coated with one or more layers of high-performance organic coatings using a continuous roller coating process, and then baked, solidified and cooled at high temperature.
Since the galvalume substrate is composed of approximately 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon, PPGL not only has excellent decorative effects, but also has excellent corrosion resistance, weather resistance and high temperature resistance. Compared with ordinary color-coated galvanized sheets (PPGI), PPGL has a longer service life in coastal areas, high humidity, high salt spray and industrial pollution environments.
