Prepainted galvanized coil (PPGI Coil) is a pre-coated steel coil made of high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel sheet (GI) or electro-galvanized steel sheet as the base material. It is coated with one or more layers of high-performance organic coatings through surface pretreatment and continuous roller coating process, and is baked and solidified at high temperature. The product combines the excellent mechanical properties of galvanized steel sheets with the good corrosion resistance, weather resistance and decorative properties of organic coatings. It is a high-quality metal material widely used in construction and industrial manufacturing fields.
PPGI membrane has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, easy processing, and rich colors. PE, SMP, HDP, PVDF and other coating systems can be selected according to different use environments to meet the application needs of different climate conditions and engineering projects.
