Pre-painted Galvanized Steel (PPGI) is a pre-coated steel plate made from hot-dip galvanized steel (GI), electro-galvanized steel (EG), etc. as the base material. After surface treatment processes such as degreasing, cleaning, and chemical pretreatment, one or more layers of high-performance organic coatings are applied using continuous roller coating technology, and then baked, solidified, and cooled at high temperature.

PPGI combines the excellent anti-corrosion properties of galvanized steel sheets with the good decorative properties of organic coatings. It has rich colors, excellent weather resistance, strong corrosion resistance, good processing performance, and long service life.
